Marshall Pierce & Company will ship orders anywhere within the Continental U.S. Your choice of UPS or FedEx can be used. For high-value packages we offer armored car delivery. For insurance reasons, any package shipped by Marshall Pierce & Company requires a signature upon delivery, No Exceptions. Shipping charges apply and vary depending on destination and shipping method. The deadline for shipping any package is 4:00pm, daily. Any orders placed after 4:00pm will be shipped the following business day. Availability of Saturday delivery is based on destination and is subject to additional charges. Please call Marshall Pierce & Company to confirm Saturday delivery is available for your order. No packages will be shipped to a PO Box or held at a post office or shipping center for pickup.

Return Policy

Marshall Pierce & Company will offer a full refund for any timepiece within 14 days of purchase, so long as the timepiece has not been used or worn and is in the original packaging with all paperwork. After 14 days, or if the timepiece shows any signs of wear, items are returnable for store credit only. Marshall Pierce & Company reserves the right to identify any signs of wear.
